How Compass Works
Compass is our inclusive club accreditation tool. It helps clubs, leagues, and community groups embed safety, equity, and belonging in football.Compass is for anyone using football to create safe, welcoming spaces - from local clubs and community leagues to informal and recreational groups.It’s free to join the Compass Network, and you can move through the stages at your own pace as your community grows stronger and more inclusive.
Compass Levels:
NETWORK (Free): Join the community, get starter resources, and connect with others building inclusive football spaces.
SPARK: Safe Start –Make sure players feel safe and supported with a trusted person, access fund, and open sessions.
SHINE: Allyship & Green – Celebrate allyship, promote respect, and take small steps toward a greener game.
BEACON: Beacon of Belonging – Lead by example with community campaigns, shared learning, and transparent goals.
Whether you’re a local 5-a-side, a social kick-about, or a full club - Compass helps you find your place in the game.
